• Experience defining customer needs and creating targeted marketing content
• Track record of effective project management and managing multiple projects
• Experience in measuring success of campaigns

• Ability to travel internationally

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Midnight and Input Output Group to position and communicate solutions effectively in the market
• Work across strategic planning, content development, research, and campaign execution as Midnight campaigns evolve from ideation into execution
• Manage the full lifecycle of product launch activities, including ideation, campaign planning, content creation, and marketing execution
