Requirements
- Experience as a product marketing manager in a B2B SaaS or service-based company
- Proven track record in creating and implementing go-to-market strategies for software products including positioning messaging and campaign development
- Outstanding written verbal and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and succinctly
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to support product development sales and marketing efforts
- Extensive experience in gathering customer insights and competitive intelligence to shape product development and marketing strategies
- Excellent collaboration and partnership abilities with Product Marketing Sales and other business functions

Day to day
- Drive product marketing campaigns from conception to completion, leading the positioning of the product with compelling value propositions to differentiate from the competition
- Ensure smooth product launches by developing launch plans, defining positioning and messaging, and executing strategic go-to-market activities
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our products and new features, including product launches, pricing strategies, and sales enablement materials
- Ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all customer touchpoints by working closely with relevant teams
- Craft compelling value propositions, positioning statements, and messaging that highlight the unique benefits and features of our products, differentiating them from competitors and resonating with the target audience
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth through segmented upsell campaigns targeted at our customer base
- Gain deep insights into our target segments and buyer personas by regularly engaging with current and prospective customers, advocating for their needs to shape product marketing strategies
- Serve as the market insight expert, partnering with colleagues in Product to influence the direction of products and features
- Create copy for sales collateral and presentations, providing the sales team with tools to effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers (e.g., demo sites, API demos)
- Produce engaging content for prospects and users at various touchpoints, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and video content
- Run email campaigns to support product updates and launches
- Use HubSpot to manage onboarding activities for new and existing users
- Work closely with product teams to optimize sign-up, onboarding, and activation metrics to support revenue growth
