BA/BS degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, MIS, Business Administration or related analytical field
2+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, program management, or finance; familiarity with enterprise software/SaaS industry a plus
Experience using Excel to create reporting and conduct analyses
Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills as well as ability to effectively present and communicate insights and recommendations
Strong organizational and project management skills
Light to moderate travel may be required

What the job involves
This individual contributor role is part of the Portfolio Strategy and Operations team within the Product organization. You will work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders on critical reporting to promote transparency and efficiency across the organization. You will report to and be mentored by the Director of Portfolio Strategy & Operations.
Establish and track key performance metrics used to assess product performance, including financial performance, product usage and adoption, and market research. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to collect data and product ongoing product related reporting packages.
Identify opportunities for process improvement across the Product Management organization, leading the design and implementation of these solutions. Lead ad-hoc product management programs and initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
