Who you are

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Agile Scrum and Lean software development practices
• Knowledge in financial reporting or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or related field OR Master's degree with related experience
• Proven ability to influence teams without formal authority
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make critical decisions
• Experience with equity plan management software is preferred
• Beneficial Certifications: Pragmatic Marketing or CSPO

What the job involves

• Work with Agile Scrum team(s) to develop user stories and maintain a product backlog
• Ensure acceptance criteria are met and conduct sprint reviews from a business/customer perspective
• Translate market intelligence into detailed product requirements for enhancements or new product development
• Collaborate with Product Managers to formulate product vision strategy and roadmap
• Organize and refine feature requests and prioritize enhancements with Product Managers
• Own the product backlog and balance conflicting priorities for prioritization
• Own release and sprint planning processes including setting goals and ensuring successful delivery
• Mitigate risks and issues for team success in release and sprint goals
• Produce documentation with Product Managers and Marketing to support various initiatives
• Perform product demonstrations to communicate benefits and serve as a subject matter expert to assist sales and support
