Who you are

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with financial reporting or accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems or 2 years experience as product manager or product owner
• Master's degree in related field and 1 year experience accepted
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make critical decisions
• Experience with equity plan management software preferred
• Pragmatic Marketing or CSPO certification beneficial
• Experience partnering with UX teams beneficial

What the job involves

• Work with Agile Scrum team to develop user stories and maintain product backlog
• Ensure acceptance criteria are met and conduct sprint reviews from business perspective
• Develop understanding of customer usage, competitor products, and market trends to create detailed product requirements
• Collaborate with Product Managers to formulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Own product backlog, prioritize enhancements, and manage product roadmap
• Oversee release and sprint planning, set goals, and ensure successful delivery
• Mitigate risks and issues to team completion of goals
• Produce documentation for development, launch, support, and sales/marketing initiatives
• Perform product demonstrations for various audiences
• Serve as subject matter expert for sales and support
