Developing sales aids such as product one-sheeters website content competitive intelligence sheets FAQs archetype playbooks and product certifications
Refining product positioning for each market and customer segment
Hosting training sessions for Account Executives and Sales Managers including 101s for new hires and product updates for the department
Aggregating rationalising and prioritising feedback from Account Executives live or via conversational intelligence into actionable data for Product Owners
Advocating for critical features in product planning and roadmap discussions then closing the loop with Sales
Conducting relevant competitor analysis and market research to understand how to best position our products relative to others
Participating in meetings with key clients to promote features and gather feedback
Gathering and aggregating relevant inputs from multiple stakeholders to identify opportunities for scalable solutions
