What the job involves
Receive and analyze incoming software application support requests from clients through various mediums.
Accurately log all relevant ticket information while ensuring everything is up-to-date.
Investigate software issues using the knowledge base previous cases and team collaboration.
Adjust and prioritize issues based on guidelines and escalate when necessary.
Maintain an updated knowledge of SeatGeek products through continuous training and self-learning.
