What the job involves

  • Receive and analyze incoming software application support requests from clients through various mediums.
  • Accurately log all relevant ticket information while ensuring everything is up-to-date.
  • Investigate software issues using the knowledge base previous cases and team collaboration.
  • Adjust and prioritize issues based on guidelines and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of SeatGeek products through continuous training and self-learning.
