  • Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or similar, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong team player with a sense of commitment to team goals.
  • Ability to utilize data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and prioritization skills.

Desirables

  • Experience in ERP packages
  • Experience in enterprise-scale applications
  • Understanding of data integration and web services
  • Knowledge of Apex or Java
  • Agile methodology knowledge



What the job involves

  • Analyze and debug issues in cloud-based applications.
  • Work alongside other engineers to maintain continuous feedback loops with customers.
  • Contribute to customer knowledge base and support projects.
  • Be flexible in working hours to liaise with US divisions and customers.
