Remote Product Support Representative Job in UK Autodesk

Who you are

• Experience of working with water supply software preferably InfoWorks WSPro or InfoWater
• Experience of live modelling or scripting would be a significant advantage
• Enthusiasm for working with IT infrastructure
• Patience engaging and knowledgeable when dealing with support enquiries
• Self-motivated with an attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills fluent spoken and written English
• Strong presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering or related discipline such as Geography Civil Engineering or Environment Science

What the job involves

• Technical support of our water supply products by email phone or video conference taking ownership of enquiries to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
• Liaison with our product management and development teams on improvements to the software
• Short term projects where we partner with our customers to optimise their outcomes with the software
• Writing articles and producing videos to explain technical aspects of the software
• Participation in webinars to assist with the roll out of new features or complex aspects
• Involvement in deploying real-time data environments to customer networks
