Requirements
- Engineering degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in production or industrial engineering
- Experience in an international manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement
- Proven track record in process industrialization line commissioning and structured problem solving
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage stakeholder relationships in multicultural environments
- Strong analytical and data management skills with KPI tracking and reporting
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes planned maintenance and equipment performance management
- Excellent communication influencing and presentation skills
- Working proficiency in English
- Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools such as MES IIoT or Industry 4.0 is a plus

Day to day
- Optimize assembly processes for new product introduction and ramp-ups, improving workflow efficiency, takt time alignment, throughput, and cost performance
- Lead lean manufacturing initiatives such as 5S value stream mapping and line balancing, using data-driven problem solving to reduce waste and improve quality
- Support production operations through troubleshooting equipment issues coordinating with cross-functional teams and training staff on standardized work and compliance
- Assess new manufacturing technologies and equipment define testing protocols and approval criteria and coordinate vendor selection and implementation
