Who you are
- Technical and/or engineering background with experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience coordinating and executing major incidents with the ability to lead under pressure.
- Familiar with ITSM/ITIL concepts, Confluence, Jira, PagerDuty, and error monitoring software.
- Basic knowledge or interest in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Ability to work on an on-call rotation basis, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
