Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Azure services including VMs App Services AKS Azure Functions Storage and Networking
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as ARM templates Bicep or Terraform
- Strong identity and access management knowledge including Azure AD Entra ID RBAC and managed identities
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools including Azure Monitor Log Analytics and Application Insights
- Strong incident management troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
- Knowledge of performance tuning capacity management and ITIL-based change and release management
- Understanding of Azure networking concepts including VNets subnets NSGs load balancers Application Gateway VPN ExpressRoute DNS and traffic routing
- Experience with Azure security and compliance tools including Defender for Cloud Key Vault patch management and vulnerability remediation

Day to day
- Provide day-to-day production support for applications running in Azure and ensure high availability and stability
- Monitor system health performance and availability using Azure monitoring tools and respond quickly to issues
- Troubleshoot incidents outages and performance problems while performing root cause analysis and applying corrective actions
