Who you are
- Minimum 8 years experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Engineer or Implementation Engineer
- Deep understanding of Internet and Security technologies like DDoS protection and Web Application Firewall
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work to deadlines

- Provide advisory and hands-on-keyboard implementation services for enterprise customers
- Ensure customers see the full value in Cloudflare's products and advise on best practices
- Implement changes on behalf of customers in the Cloudflare environment
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with support and engineering teams
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the organization
