Who you are

  • 5-7 years of business experience
  • GTM sales experience with strategic deals, accounts, or projects
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Ability to conduct customer workshops and needs analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Capability to develop solution architecture and scopes of work
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, advanced degree highly desirable



What the job involves

  • Lead services pre-sales solution discovery process with the sales team to understand customer's business and technical objectives
  • Provide guidance to Solutions Engineering team for relevant demo or POC creation
  • Participate in account and territory planning activities
  • Coach internal partners within GTM organization on Customer Outcomes offerings
  • Articulate and position the value proposition of PS offerings
  • Develop solution architecture and scopes of work
  • Travel as needed for up to 50%
  • Facilitate workshops with customers on business process discovery and solution architecture planning
