Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate, banking and finance, or regulatory law
- Strong research and drafting skills, with excellent knowledge of the financial services and regulatory sectors
- Experience in a Professional Support Lawyer role or similar is highly advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work remotely or from one of our offices, with strong self-management skills
- Interest in knowledge management and contributing to firm-wide KM initiatives
Day to day
- Provide expert support in the Financial Services, Regulatory, and related corporate/banking & finance practice areas
- Draft, maintain, and update legal precedents, know-how documents, and guidance notes for the practice group
- Assist in delivering targeted training for fee earners and keeping the team up-to-date with legal developments
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters to support client work
- Support the Knowledge Management (KM) team in ongoing projects to enhance the firm’s legal resources
