What the job involves

• Manage security and risk prevention programs for Customer Service in partnership with Netflix Security Organization stakeholders.
• Build strong collaborative relationships, effectively mitigate risks, and implement robust programs enhancing security and quality of Customer Service.
• Ensure compliance with Netflix's security standards and oversee the implementation of Netflix-specific IT at BPO CS sites.
