Who you are

• BA/BS in HR, OD, Business Admin, or related field
• 6+ years experience in talent and engagement processes
• Expertise in performance management and OD programs
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience training and facilitating in classroom and virtual settings
• Strong ability to coach team members in project management and facilitation skills

Desirables

• Master’s degree
• Ability to quickly diagnose organizational issues

What the job involves

• You will lead the evolution, implementation, and management of Performance Management and Talent programs
• You will serve as an internal subject matter expert in Performance and Feedback, optimizing these areas using best-in-class knowledge and tools
• You will work cross-functionally to define needs and implement high-quality project plans while overseeing vendor relationships for project work and team sessions.
