Who you are
- Understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
- At least 5 years of experience as a Test Manager or Test Lead
- Proficiency in various testing tools and methods such as ISTQB and ISEB
- Knowledge of functional and non-functional testing techniques
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desirables
- Experience in Audit & Assurance or Professional Services domain
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps

- Experience managing external development partners
- Certification in ISTQB or Agile Testing
