What the job involves

• You will deliver product updates to Capita’s pensions administration platform, Hartlink product suite
• Work with both onshore and offshore colleagues as part of a wider product development team
• Contribute accurate estimates and progress reporting for tasks in Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure appropriate solutions are delivered
• Support customer incident resolution and participate in process improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency
