Remote Project Accountant/ Operations Analyst Job in Texas, United States Newmark

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project accounting
• Familiar with PC applications such as MS-Excel and MS-Word
• Experience with computerized accounting systems a plus
• Knowledge of project delivery structure in a client/consultant environment
• Understanding of standard contract terms and billing processes
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and prioritize
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well under deadlines and changes in priorities

What the job involves

• Manage the overall project accounting process across assigned cost centers.
• Develop and implement processes, controls, and reporting to assure superior delivery of accounting services.
• Collaborate closely with Field Operations, Work Place Services, and Finance departments.
