- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in operational/project finance role.
- Background in Clinical Research, specifically in Oncology is preferred.
- Experience in invoicing, collections, and project analysis.
- Experience in revenue and cost recognition.
- Experience in project accounting.
- Skilled in entire MS Office Suite.
- Advanced in Excel.
- Ability to organize and present data in a meaningful way.
- Enhanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Background in accounting preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Ensure the financial health of projects through timely and accurate reporting of revenue and costs for an assigned portfolio of projects.
