Who you are

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in operational/project finance role.
• Background in Clinical Research, specifically in Oncology is preferred.
• Experience in invoicing, collections, and project analysis.
• Experience in revenue and cost recognition.
• Experience in project accounting.
• Skilled in entire MS Office Suite.
• Advanced in Excel.
• Ability to organize and present data in a meaningful way.
• Enhanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Background in accounting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What the job involves

• Ensure the financial health of projects through timely and accurate reporting of revenue and costs for an assigned portfolio of projects.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create accurate invoicing and forecasting.
• Maintain analyses and metrics for reporting to management.
