Who you are
- Hold Project Management PMP, Prince 2, or MSP certification
- Demonstrate project management experience, especially in insurance integration, with a good understanding of business improvement methodologies
- Possess excellent negotiation, persuasion, and influence skills across stakeholder groups
- Be a self-starter with time management skills, able to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Show leadership qualities and good people management skills
- Have attention to detail and analytical skills for making recommendations
- Eligible to work in the UK with client site travel required
What the job involves
- Lead and manage the integration project within the UK Retail business, coordinating with various stakeholders and third-party vendors
- Define project scope, outputs, timescales, and quality to ensure business requirements are met
- Produce detailed project documents, communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
