What the job involves

• Report to Property and Housing Manager, act as point of contact for construction matters including dilapidations claims and project management
• Ensure properties meet high standards, are safe, and comply with requirements
• Conduct property inspections, desk research, collaborate with Operational teams, provide findings and recommendations
