Requirements
- RICS qualified or working towards qualification
- Significant experience in construction, dilapidations, fit out and project monitoring/management
- Strong understanding of current statutory requirements for building utilisation
- Understanding of care industry (beneficial)
- Good understanding of regulatory framework and legal processes for property acquisition/disposal
- Growth mindset
- Ability to represent property team professionally
- Well organised, able to identify priorities, develop relationships

Day to day
- Report to Property and Housing Manager, act as point of contact for construction matters including dilapidations claims and project management
- Ensure properties meet high standards, are safe, and comply with requirements
- Conduct property inspections, desk research, collaborate with Operational teams, provide findings and recommendations
