Day to day
- Lead and mentor a QA team, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for development.
- Architect and implement a robust test automation strategy for a high-volume, data-intensive platform.
- Devise, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated test cases.
- Design performance tests to evaluate system scalability and responsiveness under heavy loads.
- Build and maintain a scalable automation framework to support regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance QA efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and developers to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
- Assist with incident response and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Identify and recruit top QA talent to expand the team as business grows.
