Remote Qualitative UX Researcher Job in United States CompuGain

Who you are

• 2-3 years experience designing and conducting end-to-end product research in complex product domains e.g. ads shopping business fintech
• Experience contributing to cross-functional teams to drive changes with research insights, excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Curiosity, self-awareness, humility, and a drive for growth, learning, and sharing knowledge
• Passion for improving the product, team culture, and Pinterest overall
• Familiarity with experiments and quantitative data is a plus.

What the job involves

• Conduct research that varies in approach, scale, scope, timeframe, and methodologies to improve the Pinner and advertiser experience on Pinterest.
• Proactively communicate and share research findings with team members, executives, and other audiences in compelling and actionable ways.
• Lead research projects from beginning to end independently and in partnership with a senior researcher or vendor partners.
• Collaborate with different disciplines to set vision, inform strategy, and guide implementation across the Monetization organization.
• Advocate for business users while balancing cross-functional partners’ perspectives and company’s results.
