Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an Information Systems related field or 4 years of related IT or Operational experience in a Healthcare environment
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years progressive healthcare experience
- Demonstrated experience managing QA efforts for large enterprise-wide software implementations
- Epic application certification or proficiency preferred

Day to day
- Apply quality assurance and release management concepts to test application changes updates and enhancements
- Interact with Clinical Revenue Cycle and Technical Leaders Project Managers and Analysts to coordinate testing and support implementation
- Develop evaluate revise apply and document QA processes methods and test plans while inspecting diverse IS applications and workflows
- Develop audit monitor and enforce release management processes and policies to support integration testing completeness and consistency
