Who you are
- 10+ years of residential and/or commercial/industrial site design
- PE preferred, but not required
- Extensive knowledge of site grading
- Storm water management design
- Utility design
- Commercial/Industrial design experience
- Subdivision design
- Zoning research and analysis
- Real world construction and problem solving
- Concept site layout
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Passion for design quality and desire to help produce the best design possible
- Attention to detail
What the job involves
- Provide high-level strategy for unique design projects
- Ensure compliance with all internal Quality Control processes
- Review of all site safety design features
- Assist design team in support of Construction Administration services for design projects
