Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, aviation sciences, quality systems, or related field required
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance/control, manufacturing operations, and/or military operations
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems hydraulic and fuel systems and familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards

Desirables

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Attention to detail


What the job involves

  • Performing Quality Assurance Engineering assignments with independent evaluation and application of standard Quality Engineering techniques
  • Actively identifying and completing process improvement projects to achieve better quality and efficiency
  • Interpreting company policies, developing new procedures, and working on strategic planning for the Quality Assurance Engineering organization
