- 3-10 years QA experience in production software
- Knowledge of manual testing and STLC
- Experience with Agile and cloud platforms
- Ability to perform root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration.

What the job involves
- Develop and implement comprehensive system test plans to meet design specs
- Assess performance under various conditions including stress and scalability tests
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand requirements
- Create maintain and improve QA processes
- Manage communication of progress/status with stakeholders
- Test log defects and track progress and results
- Triage bugs and implement improvements swiftly.
