Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC/mechanical systems or industrial equipment manufacturing
- 4+ years of experience in a Quality position
- QA/QC experience on construction commissioning or service projects in data center or critical infrastructure environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings submittals MOPs SOPs and EAPs
- Strong written documentation skills for inspection reports nonconformance logs and findings summaries
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to factory and field sites
- Proficiency with BAS/BMS platforms for system verification during site inspections

Day to day
- Serve as the technical quality authority across factory operations customer field sites and internal QC functions.
- Conduct structured factory walkthroughs and on-site inspections to identify defects nonconformances and hold conditions before release or closure.
- Document findings clearly in reports logs and summaries then present quality trends and escalation points to leadership.
