What the job involves
- This position is part of the Sikorsky Supplier Quality - Supplier Performance team within RMS
- This role reports to the RMS Quality - Supplier Performance Senior Manager
- Serve adjacently to the Supplier Quality Excellence (SQEx) organization
- Role physically located in Stratford Connecticut
- Function as a performance lead for the DQR/CQR model
- Partner with SQEx and with DQRs/CQRs SQE SCM Production and other functions
- Assure progression of Supplier development compliance and performance to requirements
- Responsible and accountable for assessing and improving DQR/CQR system performance
- Influence effective methods to reduce escapes to Sikorsky
- Enable Sikorsky to ensure supplier issues are resolved by the supplier
