- Relevant reconciliation experience around PSPs, client balances, and cash
- Experience using reconciliation software, preferably Aurum
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proven leadership experience through previous roles and team management
- Analytical mind with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Effective communicator
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and plan workload
- Knowledge of accounting principles and processes

Day to day
- Oversee and execute essential reconciliation processes for PSP balances, player balances, and player cash reconciliations
- Act as the super user and administrator for the PSP reconciliation tool
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reconciliations
