What the job involves

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent across various departments
• Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens schedule interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on job requirements and candidate profiles
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication
