All 600+ staff are 100% remote, and we still grow vibrant relationships and provide exceptional opportunities for career growth. You will be integral to the development and success of our organization.
ResponsibilitiesConduct first-stage technical interviews to verify the technical skills of developersLiaise with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure an efficient, positive experienceHelp to develop and improve recruiting processesOpportunity to work on other projects as needed within the Talent departmentThis position will join a team of 2 recruiters focussing on reviewing applications and will primarily be required to work in the EST timezone
RequirementsAt least four years of recruitment experienceStrong technical aptitude and a quick learnerExperience recruiting Software DevelopersStrong attention to detail and master of organizationHigh level of resourcefulnessHigh sense of urgency
