What the job involves

• Developing close relationships with leaders to recommend tailored recruiting strategies
• Source, recruit, interview, and close professionals across Corporate Sales roles
• Engage applicants through the screening process, offer negotiation, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
• Mentor and coach the Talent Acquisition team on best practices
• Contribute to the talent acquisition leadership team with thought leadership on new tools, processes, policies, and procedures
