Remote Recruiting Coordinator Job in United States TRM Labs

Who you are

• 2+ years work experience, preferably in a scheduling or calendar coordinator role
• Superb attention for detail and impressive organizational skills
• Excellent with verbal and written communication in English
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be a team player, adept at working with multiple people at any given time
• Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat
• Comfortable working with ambiguity
• Creativity and process-driven, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently

What the job involves

• Serve as the face of the company to candidates and responsible for creating and delivering a high quality candidate experience
• Schedule interviews for candidates and proactively manage urgent interview scheduling changes
• Work closely with People and Recruiting teams to design an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to keep the candidate pipeline moving
• Build out our administrative tools to ensure the recruiting process is seamless for current employees and candidates alike
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support ad hoc projects within the Recruiting Operations team and across the broader recruiting department
