Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a strong track record of attracting talent from universities, alumni networks, and industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively networking with a diverse range of candidates and partners
  • Proficient organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
  • Creative and strategic thinker, passionate about developing innovative solutions to attract and engage top talent
  • Familiarity with the technology and engineering sectors, with an appreciation for the unique challenges and opportunities in recruiting for these industries
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in recruitment software, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies is essential



What the job involves

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies targeting universities, alumni networks, and industry professionals across the United States
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, alumni gatherings, and professional conferences to share the vision of the ASUS Robotics & AI Center and promote the organization as a leading employer to a diverse range of potential candidates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career services, alumni associations, professional groups, and industry organizations to enhance our brand visibility and attract top talent
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials tailored to diverse audiences, including current students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make informed adjustments to meet diverse hiring goals
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and develop targeted recruitment efforts that cater to both emerging talent and seasoned experts
