Requirements

  • Professional Engineering Qualification HNC or Degree level
  • Machinery Safety Qualification (Machinery Safety Expert or C&G)
  • Ideally you’ll have a NEBOSH certificate
  • PLC/controls professional qualification
  • Excellent Mechanical and Electrical engineering knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislative requirements
  • Fluent English and driving license

Day to day

  • Provide leadership and expertise in technical systems across service centres in the southern region
  • Oversee continuous improvement and automation projects
  • Audit sites to ensure safe operation of equipment
  • Lead commissioning and verification phases of startup projects
  • Work with training manager to meet all technical training requirements
