Who you are

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales leadership experience with a focus on leading high-performing sales teams in the SaaS industry
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in an enterprise sales environment
  • Experience in a scale-up environment tax technology financial technology or related industries is a strong plus



What the job involves

  • Hire lead mentor and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region aligning with overall Fonoa goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key enterprise customers and stakeholders
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance
