Remote Regional Marketing Manager (Spatial Biology) - EMEA Job in UK 10x Genomics

Who you are

• Bachelors' degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Demonstrable experience in field marketing in the life science industry
• Extensive knowledge of spatial technologies, applications, products, and marketing channels in EMEA
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to solve complex problems
• Key marketing skills including customer segmentation, program development/execution, and evaluation
• Understanding of sales pipeline and funnel conversion rates
• Strong organization skills to meet challenging deadlines
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines
• Ability to travel as required for the role

Desirables

• PhD or Master’s degree
• CRM system experience (ideally SFDC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Additional European language skills, preferably German or French

What the job involves

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals for the EMEA region
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in spatial biology research
• Lead creation and execution of marketing campaigns for spatial product lines
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with global marketing teams
• Plan and execute regional marketing events to promote product awareness
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies
• Educate global marketing on local regulatory requirements
• Drive demand and grow the marketing funnel in collaboration with regional sales teams
• Establish regional operational processes and systems
• Serve as the regional marketing point of contact for spatial product lines
