Who you are

  • Deliver on the Case Management approach for Hard Down systems
  • Support the Customer Service Opportunity (CSO) process
  • Lead projects in product serviceability, reliability, and quality trend analysis
  • Provide feedback to address quality issues
  • Maintain knowledge of modality products and service expertise
  • Support NPI & End of Life (EOL) programs
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot all models specific to the modality
  • Monitor pilot products
  • Train and mentor others

What the job involves

  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers using applicable technology and remote tools
  • Act as the Technical focal point for Radio-Pharmacy modality in the region
  • Drive Remote Fix Rate (RFR) and First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Support customer service/satisfaction initiatives within the region
  • Develop the technical expertise of field service engineers
