Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in telecom regulatory tax payroll or compliance roles
  • Strong knowledge of USAC FCC reporting telecom tax and payroll compliance
  • Experience managing external advisors
  • Strong analytical organizational and communication skills

Day to day

  • Own regulatory, payroll, tax, and compliance oversight for Vero Broadband with a strong focus on telecom risk mitigation and defensible reporting.
  • Translate complex FCC, USAC, state, and local requirements into accurate financial, billing, and payroll processes that support compliant operations.
  • Partner closely with Accounting, HR, Billing, IT, and external advisors to identify issues early, strengthen controls, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
