Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of experience in compliance legal risk management audit or project management functions
  • Strong prioritization and organization skills able to work independently and ensure accuracy in tasks
  • Ability to see beyond day-to-day tasks to help meet risk and compliance goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills professional demeanor under pressure
  • Ability to alternate between tasks and adapt to changes easily

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with payments industry
  • PCI-DSS knowledge
  • Internal and external audit experience
  • AML/KYC knowledge

Day to day

  • Own various aspects of Versapay’s compliance and enterprise risk management operations
  • Ensure the company is identifying tracking and managing risk and meeting its obligations under applicable laws contracts and regulations
  • Help grow compliance and risk management programs and create a 'compliance by design' culture
  • Manage risk register lead internal and external compliance audits and manage compliance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to ensure enterprise risk management and compliance with obligations
