Who you are

• Paralegal Certificate or equivalent training required
• 5+ years of relevant legal support experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for legal technical and regulatory audiences
• Strong organizational time-management and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously with high attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in corporate governance entity management litigation corporate transactions
• Familiar with telecommunications law and regulations

• Provide professional legal and business research to support company objectives
• Handle complex regulatory legislative transactional and general corporate matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather and analyze information
• Keep legal department managers updated on project developments
• Complete assignments accurately and efficiently communicating status to stakeholders
• Manage special projects and provide paralegal support to the regulatory team
• Assist with discovery for complex regulatory matters and collaborate with outside counsel
• Handle administrative and logistical tasks related to legal matters
• Manage matter creation in company outside counsel management and billing software
