Day to day
- Manage and grow relationships with key introducers brokers and developers to generate new development finance business
- Assess prospective clients investments and project opportunities through careful due diligence and commercial judgement
- Prepare present and progress funding proposals while coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver smooth transactions
