Who you are

• Strong background in customer success, account management or client relationship roles managing HNW clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high professionalism and confidence.
• Understanding of financial services, payments or banking sector with knowledge of banking terminology and processes like IBANS, AML, KYC, payments, VAT, banking jurisdictions.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Genuine interest in the superyacht industry, any experience or knowledge is advantageous.

What the job involves

• You will work autonomously where initiative and exceptional verbal and written communication is imperative.
• Your role will involve providing advice and guidance on financial transactions, troubleshooting and resolving financial enquiries and issues, and ensuring clients receive high-end service.
• You will provide high professionalism to clients, navigating issues, queries, and numbers.
• You will support the company’s “all hands on deck” ethos with some flexibility to ensure clients’ needs are met.
