Requirements
- Python Git and Linux

Day to day
- Develop and test hypotheses using modern NLP and LLM approaches.
- Read research papers and reproduce results to validate ideas.
- Work with retrieval RAG AI agents reasoning and long-context pipelines while adapting open-source models for applied use cases.
- Run experiments compare methods by quality latency and inference cost and quickly build MVPs and research prototypes.
- Prepare technical materials and use AI tools to accelerate research and engineering work.
