Requirements
- Completed Ph.D. or near completion in a relevant academic field from a Russell Group university
- Current or recent appointment as a Postdoctoral Researcher Professor or University Lecturer
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of peer reviewed publications
- Prior experience teaching or mentoring high achieving young learners is preferred

Day to day
- Conduct weekly 1-hour virtual mentorship sessions over a 10 to 12 week cycle.
- Help ambitious students narrow a niche topic and shape a testable hypothesis.
- Guide literature reviews methodology and data or simulation analysis while giving constructive feedback on paper drafts.
