Who you are

  • Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 years PQE or equivalent experience as a residential conveyancer.
  • Strong focus on freehold transactions; experience with leasehold is not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital onboarding processes and conveyancing software (experience with CMS like Hoowla and Amaltics is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting while maintaining high standards of service.

Desirables

  • 5-10 years PQE
  • Leadership skills



What the job involves

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 60-70 freehold conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Collaborate with the admin team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions held in the office to stay updated on policies and best practices.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff as necessary.
  • Achieve monthly targets, including a minimum of 15 completions and a £10k target.
