Who you are
- Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 years PQE or equivalent experience as a residential conveyancer.
- Strong focus on freehold transactions; experience with leasehold is not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
- Familiarity with digital onboarding processes and conveyancing software (experience with CMS like Hoowla and Amaltics is a plus).
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting while maintaining high standards of service.

What the job involves
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60-70 freehold conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
- Provide expert advice to clients and stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
- Collaborate with the admin team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions held in the office to stay updated on policies and best practices.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff as necessary.
- Achieve monthly targets, including a minimum of 15 completions and a £10k target.
