Who you are
- Must have at least 4 years post qualification experience in Residential Property Conveyancing
- Demonstrated ability to handle billing and financial aspects in residential conveyancing
- Highly driven and self-motivated able to work independently
What the job involves
- Working on a broad range of residential property transactions including sales purchases re-mortgages and equity release
- Responsible for managing client files from the initiation to the completion of a transaction including all post-completion activities
- Handling both leasehold and freehold property transactions effectively and autonomously
